A supportive space for leaders to engage in peer-learning, policy exchange, and collaboration
At BIPOC Elected Leaders Network, we bring together leaders from state legislatures, city councils, and school boards to engage in peer-learning, policy development, and collaboration. We provide a platform and space for BIPOC elected leaders to come together.
Our team at BIPOC Elected Leaders Network is made up of staff and volunteers dedicated to supporting the leaders they work with. We come from many walks of life but all bring passion for supporting the BIPOC community in the U.S.

We then develop solutions that address their lived experiences and concerns. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven.

We envision a thriving community of BIPOC elected leaders excelling in their roles, mutually supporting each other, and advancing equity and prosperity in our communities.
We convene an inclusive and dynamic congress of BIPOC elected officials for peer learning, mutual support, and strategic policy coordination, catalyzing transformative change to foster resilience and sustainability within communities. Empowering BIPOC leaders to unite, advocate, and lead, we envision a future where our communities' voices and needs are valued and uplifted across all levels of governance and policy-making.
Our organization embodies inclusivity, equity, and diversity. Each member is committed to upholding personal integrity, advocating for universal justice, and fostering resilient communities. Our relationships always are grounded in trust, collaboration, and mentorship.
Your support and contributions will enable us to grow our organization.
